Katherine (Kate) White is a highly regarded economic strategist and public finance leader in Canada. With over 20 years of experience, she shaped fiscal and economic policy at provincial and territorial levels, guiding governments through economic transitions and volatility. Most recently, she served as Deputy Minister of Finance for Yukon, overseeing government transitions and developing Budget 2026.
